Here we will walk through designing a Chimaera mutated Niravar. If the geno on the right is our Chimaera, we can see that there are two sets of base coat
and markings that are divided with a double forward-slash. --- Our first geno is: Lapis with Ringed, Collar, Bib Our second geno is: Topaz with Cloaked, Bones, Sunglow, Vannish, Burnt |

It's handy to create separate folders under each default folder for each genos' colors to sit. This way you can hide one geno while working on the other, and will eventually make splitting the genos along the design much easier. Here are our two completely designed halves of our Chimaera, now we get to decide how we want to split them. |
Here are several examples of how Chimaera can be split. These are not the only options and you are welcome to get creative with your designs!
Just make sure both sides of the geno are obvious in your final design.

Here we have the Topaz geno appearing only on the face and tail.
Here the complicated Chimaera design is separated by a semi-soft edge rather than a hard edge.

Here's a more complicated, stripey appearance.
A Chimaera with a laterally bisected appearance, one geno appears on each side of the body. It helps to include an additional reference of the hidden side in your Nir's import information.

Chimaera and Albino Mutated Niravar
In the situation where both the Chimaera and Albino mutations appear on the same geno; you have a couple options.
- You can have Albino override both halves of Chimaera, resulting in a pure white Albino Niravar.
- You can have Albino override only 1 half of the Chimaera geno, resulting in a piebald look.
